All US-bound orders ship from Montreal, Canada on Monday-Friday. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not accept PO Boxes as valid shipping addresses. If your shipping address is a PO Box please choose USPS or we will not be able to complete your order.
Processing Time
USPS and UPS Standard orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing (this includes pick up and packaging). Shipping estimates below go into effect the day you receive your shipping notification.
UPS Express Next Day and UPS Expedited 2-Day orders placed before 12PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12PM will be processed the following day.
